ME Bank debuted at the top a survey conducted by Canstar Blue early this month, taking away the award "Most Satisfied Customers Award for a Challenger Bank". They were given a five star rating for friendliness, problem solving, products pricing, internet banking, call centre services, and overall.

This survey gives a clear indication that customers are price-sensitive, want products that give good value for their needs and want to receive great customer service.
