Tips & Traps for Employers in Contribution Data Entry.
- The Contribution End Date on the submit contribution screen is the Payroll End date.
- If you have employed a new person and they are an existing member of the fund then email info@walgsp.com.au (with “add member to my reporting centre” in the subject line) give us the name address and date of birth of the member and we will add the member to your list. If you need it quickly, please call us.
- If you have employed a new person who you know is NOT a member of the fund, then you can set up some basic data to enable the contribution to be processed. Please ensure that the new employee has a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement and that you have received a signed application form taken from that document. Remember to write the account number provided by the system on the application form and send it or email it to the Fund as soon as possible. We do need the original though.

- Save your contribution file often, as you may be disappointed if your line drops out and you have to start again.
