Employer Online

The WA Local Super online service will help employers fulfil their superannuation obligations quickly, easily and at their convenience (subject of course to deadlines for payment).


What can employers do online?

  • Lodge contribution details
  • View current and previous contribution advice
  • Update contact details
  • View a list of your current members and update phone or email details
  • Use the calculators for estimating retirement benefit and contributions

There are different levels of access that can be set for officers authorised to use the online system.

All users require the appropriate approval from their employer, from either the CEO, Director or from another officer with delegated authority.

To set up employer online access, download the Notice of Authorised Officers form, complete it and send it to us by post or email.

One of our Account Administrators will then contact you with details and instructions on how to log into the system.


 

Go Paperless

Members who choose to go paperless will receive all documents and communications electronically (where legally possible). This includes things like Annual Statements, Product Disclosure Statements and Annual Reports.

If you do change your mind in the future, you can switch back by giving one of our Account Managers a call or email.
