WA Local Super provides new starters with a detailed induction program designed to provide them with the tools and knowledge they require for a smooth transition into the organisation. New starters will also be allocated a workplace mentor, so they know that there is always someone close by to help.

We offer structured performance appraisals and skills assessments which are used to build learning and development plans. We encourage our people to build their careers and grow their knowledge. As well as some fantastic benefits salaries are reviewed at least once a year.
