“After selling my financial planning practice in 2007, I found myself faced with the prospect of working for an employer for the first time in some years. I was used to being my own boss and the thought of having to report to someone other than myself was daunting to say the least. Therefore, I was determined to find an employer that would show trust in my experience and ability, value team member input, offer flexible technology-based work options and most important of all, be a fun place to work.

I was offered a number of positions but only Western Financial seemed genuinely capable of “walking the walk”. I will have completed 3 years service in July 2010 and I have not once regretted the decision I made to join Western Financials team. Western Financial has delivered on all that they promised and I also believe that its culture of valuing, accommodating, nurturing and caring for staff has created a team of loyal, dedicated and proud employees.”
