"WA Local Super is like a family where everyone respects and helps each other. Here, I am given every opportunity to best do my job, which is financial planning. I also appreciate greatly the flexibility given to mothers with children like myself, to have a healthy balance of work and family life.

I recently returned from maternity leave. I was overwhelmed with the warm welcome-back reception from the whole team. My manager supports my part-time schedule, flexible working days & hours to suit my family life. I have the flexibility to work from home whenever required. On the day that is my turn to pick up my son from school, I start early and finish in time to pick him up. I continue breastfeeding successfully as I have the facility at work to express & store breast milk during the day. This is my third child and my best returning-to-work experience. Western Financial certainly makes the difference! "
