The Plan is authorised to provide you with personal and general advice about super and the Plan under its Australian Financial Services Licence (Number 269006).
This Financial Services Guide (Issued 1 July 2008, Version 4.0) is designed to inform you about the products and services we provide and contains information about:
- who we are and how you can contact us;
- the financial services we are allowed to provide;
- how we are paid for these services;
- how we manage your complaints;
- the type of personal information we collect from you and how it's used; and
- details of any potential conflicts of interest.
The WALGSP is governed by a Trust Deed, a copy of which is available here.
